It is a valuable resource in helping us to grow and continue to best support our provider community, and the participants that we serve. As you pointed out, our participants are wonderful and our highest priority will always be to ensure they are receiving the highest quality of care and the best overall experience.
We are sorry to hear that your experience as a full-time employed Program Therapist has not been positive. We launched the full-time Program Therapist team less than a year ago and have continued to evolve the role and related expectations. We are a "learning organization" and are committed to learning from our Therapists about what is working and what is not working about the role. We have set hours of availability expectations for our full-time Program Therapists to ensure that our participants across the country have timely access to high-quality care, and we recognize that this may be less flexible than what you were used to as a part-time contracted therapist. We value your feedback and would appreciate learning how to create a more positive and rewarding experience for our Program Therapist employee team.
