The company does not respect or value coaches - continuously downgrade compensation structure and have made it clear it is easy to hire new coaches if a current coach is unhappy. There is zero transparency or communication. Company tries to keep coaches isolated from one another. Very little client base available and coaches are expected to work for free to convert trial clients into active clients. Most recent compensation change was presented as an "exciting change" yet diminished pay by approximately 90%. You will waste most of your time waiting for no-shows which you do not get paid for. Don´t waste your time here. These people don´t value coaches or the profession. In addition, most clients feel scammed and will tell you so. The company actively targets underaged clients via marketing towards teens. So much more I could say. Headed out shortly as this is an unethical company. Their only asset is their unappreciated and vastly underpaid coaches.
