Before abjayon located in cybertowers and easy to commute now office is shifted to hyderabad outs cut and now it is also not a pros anymore
Cons
- Very very hectic..... you dont even get 15 minutes break in 14-15 hours work - They have good policies on paper... on reality they will not implement.. for example, Abjayon has policy to compensate extra hours work and weekend work... I bet nobody in this organization got paid single NP for as compensation - You package will be same after working years in this company-- No appraisal policy - Hire and fire policy - Manager centric - if this egoist manager doest likes you.. HR will call you and ask to send resignation email and you will be terminated immediately. - Worst revealing policy - if they fire, you will be terminated immediately.... if you resign, You have to serve notice period for 2 month at any cost. You will not exit documents ontime and your final settlements will take months even if you followup Commute - Office shifted to city outs cut..This is not at all ok for a startup like abjayon... usually companies located there will provide commute facility or compensate...this is big cons - Once WFH completes... almost 60-70% employees are ready resign
