They were very nice and helped me out with what I needed to do to work, and they paid me well if I did a lot of good hard work.

No cons whatsoever. I learned the true value of hard work.

They are always there when you need them. The Counselors there are friendly and helpful. The pay is great for those who don't have any experience in being a caregiver; of course I was chosen to become a PCA from the Lady who wanted me and Ability Works just paid me, they had no say in who she could hire.. so technically she was my boss.

If you are just wanting to get on the list as a caregiver or you already have a certification in CNA, NA, or your a RN.. it may take a while to find a spot for you because the assisted living person is the one who chooses from a whole list of people to see about hiring. Otherwise, they may hire someone who they know personally and trust.
