Pros

Some of the products were beautiful, short commute to work

Cons

Toxic work environment, chaotic structure, no processes or procedures in place, horrendous customer service structure, horrible management. People were in a bad mood every day and positivity was discouraged. Cliquey management who excluded new staff.

Pros

Hybrid working, gorgeous products, easy commute, and a couple of lovely colleagues

Cons

This may not be the right workplace for you if you want to feel valued and respected by your employer. It seems to me that their “family business vibe” is used as a bargaining chip to make up for their extreme lackings when it comes to proper business conduct. Sadly many have drank the Kool-Aid and think this is a worthy exchange for labour and therefore accept subpar standards from this employer. It's frustrating to see how many don’t know their worker’s rights so they let businesses get away with bad conduct. Nonetheless, the team is extremely devoted albeit some are more devoted to the pastime of gossiping, so it goes without saying that the office culture is extremely toxic... Bar two genuinely lovely people, employment here was an all-round nightmare from start to finish.
