I joined AbhiBus as a Senior Software Engineer 2 in the Mobile team, and my experience so far has been really positive. The interview process was smooth and well-organized, and the joining experience was also handled very professionally. After joining, both the HR team and my Mobile team were very supportive during the onboarding process, which made the transition comfortable. One thing I genuinely liked here is the team culture — people are approachable, helpful, and ready to support whenever needed. The company is also focusing a lot on AI-first development practices across teams, which has been a great learning experience for me. I’m getting exposure to new ways of working and continuously learning in day-to-day tasks.
