Pros
Not many to speak of. The PTO package is nice but that is the only positive I can think about.
Cons
No room for growth, they will lead you on a string to entice you to stay with a "Learn-to-earn" program because they know they can't afford to lose any more employees, even though they are leaving in droves. More work is put on all the lower employees and roles are stretched to their limits. Slowly losing any pros to this job, no flexing of shifts, worse health care coverage, any opportunity for growth, caping promotional roles to a certain limit, a cap on your pay in your role regardless of performance or seniority with the company. All these pile up for everyone in the building and its a powder keg ready to blow. Stay far away from this company for your own sanity.
