Account Executive - Account Executive Abbey Group Employee Review

Very low paying company with no benefits, unless you're a manager. As other reviews have said, middle level managers hide behind their teams doing little day to day. Massive disparity between how said mid level managers treat the average employee vs the fantastic leadership team and how nice they to everyone. Far too many trainees on constant rotation and in my opinion taken advantage of. I've seen good people move on ,as the company AND industry pay so poorly. I've also witnessed managers treating people poorly as they are in favour with the management and are rarely challenged.
