I recently left my previous job due to the awful work-life balance and the lack of care from managers towards their employees. The company's sole focus on productivity overshadowed everything else, leading to long hours and unrealistic expectations. Management showed little support or empathy, treating employees as mere tools for achieving targets. This toxic environment resulted in burnout, health issues, and strained personal relationships. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy work-life balance and a supportive work culture. Changes are needed to create a more balanced and caring workplace.
