      Pros

      Good products to sell. Some great people. Possible opportunities if you can wait.

      Cons

      Hyper managed from top down. Different divisions treated very differently. Lack of transparency. Never really know where you stand. Top reps tend to make same money as bottom reps due to quota system. Keep increasing cost to the employees.

      When I was hired by AbbVie I sold my home and relocated to comply with their mandatory office days. A week after I sold my home they did a reorganization of my department. My hiring manager was forced to retire, my mentor was moved to another team and the work stopped coming in. I was laid off shortly after. I’m now experiencing housing instability. Thanks AbbVie!
