      Pros

      not micro-managed, autonomous, team oriented, great benefits & perks...if you are looking for a big company opportunity with a small company feel, this is the place!

      Cons

      alot of work, and deal with vendors worldwide so you could work around the clock if you really wanted to...must be highlky organized & capable to get it all done

      Small company, work isn't complicated.

      Cons

      Behind the times in workplace technologies. The US office isn't technologically connected to either HQ in Europa or the factory in Thailand.
