Raises are EXTREMELY hard to earn No actual training facilties(mostly in parks or parkinglots) Management will not listen to ideas for recruiting or put money into recruiting methods Franchisee is manipulative Managers get team commission from people you bring into the job OFFICIAL MANAGERS MUST GO THROUGH A TRAINING(Supervisor will not tell you that) Managers lie to get you to work Shift locations vary all the time Hours are not guranteed Hours get witheld until you quit if you mess up New hires have long wait periods before first shift Managers may take your hours for themselves
