      Pros

      Pay and benefits! Working with good people (associates and customers)! Community involvement!! Competitive contest with great prizes!! Lots of commission and bonus opportunities!

      Cons

      Hours seem long but there really not 40/45 a week it's just the 8am to 9pm retail hours we have to work to accommodate our customers But that is the normal with any retail business!!

      The job enviroment was very chill

      Cons

      No promotions, low pay, comission is very low because of the area, and you work longer hours than the rest of the staff
