Cons
After working there for 1 month I was told that I had done something incorrectly. I took the criticism and offered a suggestion to improve the process for the future. For this, the owner cursed at and threw a book of papers at me. So I had to walk out. Prior to this experience, there were multiple other red flags. These included but were not limited to: Commenting on my body, making sexual references about others with his wife working next to him, making sexual comments about any female realtor that he thought was attractive, and making inappropriate remarks about my personal realtor & her family. He also would complain about a precious employer stealing stuff from his marketing closet. But said he couldn't do anything about it, because they had something on him. The owner lacks appropriate management skills and is rather fowl. But if that doesn't bother you, this might be a good place for you!
