Management is super expert in conflict management and promotes peaceful and happy environment. You feel happy to come to office every other day. Being a startup, it has its own share of challenges. Location is not so good. Office space is constraint. No proper cafetaria. No Cab service. Less Leaves. No overtime. Not optimal work life balance. Only alternate Saturdays off.
