      A good working environment, Friendly people, and freedom to work and implement your ideas, I am working in IBM now, i was working in aamong software solutions, It's a small company but you get a lot to learn there, i believe aamong has made me what i am today.

      Pros

      Company concentrates on outsorcing services and digital agency services. It develops web sites, ads, banners, animations, support and produces inner online products.

      Cons

      To much areas to concentrate make no differentiation for company on existing market. Novices could learn many things but they grow very fast.
