Pros

Experience for those interested in leathercraft and learning how to work with this type of material.

Cons

The compensation is non-existent and there's a strict policy of no communication during work hours. It creates a rather dismal working environment and they dont give you a contract.

Pros

Absolutely nothing considering is a traumatic place

Cons

This is, without exaggeration, the worst place I have ever worked in. They are delusional enough to believe they are producing couture-level garments, when in reality the work is closer to low-quality mass production. The designs might look nice and the fabrics might be acceptable, but this is nowhere near couture. The real issue, however, is the owner. She has absolutely no idea how to run a brand, manage orders, or treat employees. Zero leadership, zero organisation, and absolutely no respect for basic human dignity. People are expected to work from 8am until 10–11pm, and sometimes even until 5am. Not once are meals or even water provided, while she comfortably orders food for herself without the slightest consideration for the team. You are not even allowed to open the front door for fresh air, as if she thinks she’s living in Buckingham Palace and anyone cares about what’s going on inside. It’s honestly ridiculous. There is no training, no structure, no professional guidance — just constant pressure and unreasonable reactions over nothing. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place, even if you are desperate. You are far better off working at Pret. In over 10 years of my career, I have never walked away from a job like this. I’ve dealt with bad management before, but I have never felt so disrespected, undervalued, and exploited

Pros

Literally not a single thing.

Cons

The WORST place ever. Firstly, they exploit interns and illegally hire graduates with no pay. The owners have absolutely no respect for staff and regularly made everyone cry. There was absolutely no training and they would get so so so angry with any little mistakes. Pay was awful and was forced to be self employed. Role was described as PR but it was basically a personal assistant to the owners. You work in their basement with no access to anything but bathroom tap water, no windows for air, so the summer it is awfully too hot. I can’t stress how much trauma I have from this job, the best thing I ever did was leaving.
