Pros
Generous compensation/benefits package. Announcement of month ending sales numbers delivered in a positive way even if numbers were not high. Direct manager did good job of giving "props" and positive reinforcement.
Cons
Almost zero communication between departments. Berating employees results in low moral. Business processes change too frequently. Favoritism was prevalent.
