The best part of working here was the people -- from support staff, to IT, to leadership, and administration, it was clear that there was a shared purpose of empowering, and helping people lead their businesses. There was a friendly atmosphere that made it fun to go into the office, and while leadership is detached in most places, here they were accessible, and approachable.

No 'cons' come to report - I left to pursue a technical support career outside of their offerings.

Culture, atmosphere, people, quality of life. I've worked here for almost 8 years and I'm very impressed with this company. I've worked at a few other small businesses and AZCOMP has been a totally different experience. Even though the company doesn't have everything figured out and isn't "perfect", there is a great group of people working here and the teamwork is great and the atmosphere is great. We are legitimately putting the customer first and trying to do the right thing and provide the highest level of service possible to deliver a fantastic experience to our customers. Plus, as an employee, I feel like here it isn't all about squeezing the life out of you to make the most money possible. We're obviously very interested in income and profitability but we're all humans here with families and lives so there is a good balance going on here. It's a great place to work if you like being productive and working hard and also if you like having fun and eating good food and working in a nice office. And, to top it all off, the benefits are really good. I love it!

Clearly, like any company, everything isn't figured out perfectly. We don't get everything right all the time. Also, as a small business, all the processes aren't totally figured out so sometimes things change without a moment's notice and you have to adapt. Sometimes it feels like there is still a lot to figure out and processes to create but it keeps it interesting.
