Good parking, lots of desk space, open concept, kitchen with fridge, a very quiet workplace

It’s so quiet you can hear everything, every conversation, every phone call. Very small team

I worked at Ayva for 5 years. It was a great experience and there were lots of oppourunities to grow as long you work hard and show initiative. During the 5 years I received bonuses and raises. The first year we went to bahamas!!! Dianne is a great boss and helped me through some personal times in my life and I will always be thankful. Her door was always open :) It is a small office so it is very important that you do your part in order for the company to move smoothly just like any other office so yes if you dont pull your weight it will be noticed and you will be talked to. Sales rep do have the oppourunity to work from home but that is on an individual basis. All Birthdays are acknowledged with cake and a lunch which is always good. :) Benefits are available after three months to all individuals who are full time. Pretty relaxing place to work in my opinion and was a great oppourunity! I have left full time but I am still currently helping them transition part time.

The office is pretty open concept so you dont get much privicy and there is no lunch room.
