5yThank you for taking the time to write a review, it was great to read the pros you listed. The redundancies we have just had to make in October 2020 were not as a result of the Covid-19 crisis but as a result of changes we are making to digitalise, to stay efficient and to continue to focus on our customers. Redundancies are very sad for all involved and we are committed to supporting all our staff that may have to go through that very difficult process.
