The International business really invests in ensuring there is a positive working environment, people feel valued and communications are good. Lots of development and career opportunities as the business is growing. They like to promote from within and retain talent. Senior management are very approachable

Some political frustrations. Decisions aren't always what's best to elevate the business. I think sometimes promoting from within too much can also have its negative sides as it limits fresh ideas and doesn't challenge the status quo.

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
