Stable, worldwide and with adequate pace compared to competitors and on the market. AXA is investing to transform internal processes to evolve its business according to the corporate mission.
Cons
Size is not helping efficiency. Work life balance is not always respected and management requests you some time to do your best for very long period, waiting for enough staffing and decision making. Completely French oriented, diversity is considered only for female equity.
