      Pros

      I am so grateful for my time with AWSOM. Everyone works really hard to help each other and it really does feel like a family.

      Cons

      Sometimes students forget to practice, but that is easily helped with a written practice schedule, and really has nothing to do with the company.

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues and great staff that make sure all my needs are met. They make it extremely easy to find students without having to deal with the hassle of invoicing.

      Cons

      Driving to student homes can be troublesome especially during busy traffic hours.
