      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. AWD works directly with NASA as their administrative contract. Work under same regulations as Government. You get all govt holidays off. There are 2 week vacation days and 1 week sick leave from the start as well as some positions are allowed adjusted work schedule.

      Cons

      You work under govt and also fall to their closings such as Government shut down.
