      Pros

      Lunch every day. Can take on huge responsibility if you're up for it. If your work is good, it will be treated as such and used. I was surrounded by some of the smartest people I've ever met and was able to ask them questions about options theory, etc. Learned a ton and got a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Internship wasn't so structured, so I had to come up with my own projects on top of my daily responsibilities.
