Onboarding: AVL has developed a well thought out plan and process to ensure the hire of qualified Accountants who work well in teams and who will be an asset to client needs. After many years of working, I was impressed with the care in staffing decisions. First 90 days: I experienced a regular cadence of follow-up by managers [aka Cohort Captain] to ensure adequate ramp-up time and to sort any concerns. Clients: AVL has clients from a variety of industries. There are opportunities to stay within your area of expertise and/or grow into other industries. Career Growth: The company has a solid training program to advance career growth with accountants moving from Senior to Controller to CFO levels. Fully remote and great work-life balance.
