Pros
Work enviroment is nice. Colleagues are great, we have agreat team on the job site.
Cons
Low salaries, no room for renegotiation. We are always working for a foreign department, with sometimes unrealistic expectations. We are not allowed to question foreign project leads. Sometimes overtime is necessary. Going up the ladder is not defined, payrise conditions are also not defined.
