Pros
Overall a great place to work. The people are great, we do some pretty cool work, and the workload allows for good work life balance. There is growth opportunity if you go after it and are proactive about it. Working hard and having ambition will get you far in this company. Being stuck in the status quo and focusing on "this is how we've always done it" won't get you far here. There is a lot of change going on at once, and it can sometimes be confusing, but it's also exciting being part of a growing, evolving company. I feel that my opinions matter and I'm comfortable suggesting changes or ideas. My boss is extremely supportive and I know they want to see and help me succeed.
Cons
There is some work to do on the culture and engagement, but it seems that leadership really cares about making (and investing in) improvements. There are some employees who have been at the company for a long time who are resistant to change and don't seem engaged. These people can, at times, impact morale.
