- Abysmal salary. There are no raises, no bonuses, no incentives. Starting salary is also poor. Low 401k Matching
- Poor Financial Management - majority of company income comes from DOD SBIR contracts. When not awarded contracts, drastic cost saving measures are implemented. Cost saving measures include half-pay of employee salaries for months on end (6-9 months) while expected to continue working full-time. No chance of getting paid back those lost wages due to Virginia law. The company is in a constant state of drowning and treading water.
- Poor Management - employees are lied to to try and prevent them from leaving. Those lies include "promises" of raises, bonuses, and back pay.
- No long term stability - absolutely not the place to work if you want a family.
- Will stab you in the back when you leave - give poor recommendations/references when you leave.
- Nepotism - Husband and Wife are owners of the company.
