      Pros

      Plenty of training opportunities. Pending on what office you work in, there are plenty of opportunities to advance. For the most part, the people are nice.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Sense the merger they treat everyone as if they are just a number. Their benefits stink. They will not hesitate to come after you legally if you leave the company. For the most part, management is unwilling to listen to any suggestions.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
