      Pros

      Using the AV playbook, keeps everyone in check and well balanced. The comradery we have is unlike any other AV company I've worked with. The core values (Teamwork / Respect / Knowledge / Character / and Responsibility) are being practiced by everyone I interact with.

      Cons

      Only downside I have come across is not wanting to leave to work anywhere else.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
