      Pros

      Not a bad company to work for. Lots of travel and variety of jobs. Well supplied on hardware and installation materials. Close net group. Everyone is supplied a cellphone and laptop. Management communicates decently. Needs some help in the engineering area.

      Cons

      Tend to play favorites on some associates. Communication needs improvement. Engineering needs a great deal of improvement. Lots of errors and missed items. No proof reading of plans before being issued. Some people are very knowledgeable others you just wonder. Could use some help on employee benefits. Better insurance rates, employee discount, etc...

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
