Pros
. Auto1 doesn't care about gender, race, social class, diploma, looks... people are paid and promoted based on merit and output.
. In Auto1, at least in the departments I worked for/with, you have a large freedom in what you do and how to do it. Interns & juniors can propose ideas to C/VP/D level, will be listened and work on them. That allowed me, in the last 5 years, to work on a lot of projects that I found interesting but that weren't directly in my scope.
. Everybody works hard, executes, go deep in detail, from the agent to the SVPs, you don't have a large management layer which entire job is to sit in meeting, send mail and give orders.
. Most management positions are filled from Auto1 ranks, with a significant share of our top management that started intern or junior.
