Little to no oversight. If you are smart you can pretty much get away with anything. You can make money sometimes. The customers are fun.

Management is full misogynists. They have no respect for any of their staff, from the bussers to the bartenders. They lie to you about how much money you will make as a bartender/server. They pay there kitchen staff pitiful wages and the kitchens are disgusting environments with no flow, lots of grime, and a ton of sexual harassment that if you bring this up to management they are more likely to victim blame then actually do their job. I worked for this company during SXSW a couple years ago and management promised we would make a said amount of money during the events we had because we did not have normal restaurant service. When are checks came, everyone had made significantly less then promised . When confronted with this management said it was our fault because too many people had been scheduled.
