Pros
Work environment is good, lots of support of co-workers, room for advancement (if you are good at the job), lots of travel and the company pays for most things like tools, car, food, etc. Fun and engaging work.
Cons
Very bad benefits. Two weeks of vacation until you hit 5 years, then they add another week. Depressing to be honest. Healthcare is not free from what they claim, it does cost the employee money. Hundreds if you add family members. 401k is nice but who is going to retire off a million in 30 years anyways. Pay scale is unclear and favors employer rather than employee, they will try to pay you the least they can.
