      Some decent hard working folks

      too much micromanagement from up top. execs should invest in their people and equipment. respect is earned not given. feels like Mickey Mouse operation while at times thee are supervisors and managers that are clueless. long hours and low pay. way below industry avg but better than standing in line at soup kitchen

      No pros, you will be worked more than you are worth.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy leadership. If you are not part of there crowd of people who been there 5 years plus, you have no place there. They will find a way to fire you.
