Management changed in last five years. They stopped focusing on their employee’s success stories and development. They talked a good game, but did not practice it. Morale decreased and staff were walking on egg shells. Employees were no longer valued and were being micromanaged now. Staff lost the fun at work, during office time and outside or work hours.
