      Poor and short-sighted strategic planning, retention plans, career pathway incentives, leadership and communication. Superficial professionalism; "expertise" hides behind smoke and mirrors concierge-type services; company cares only about selling as many services as possible, business and the bottom line, with no care to employees.

      The internal Operations team is incredible - always willing to lend a hand. Lots of opportunities to support special projects and clients, growth and potential.

      easy work and that’s about it

      Cons

      Management will leave you out to dry and will not provide any direction for work. The pay is at the bottom of the industry. Contracts aren’t guaranteed so there’s no job security. High turn over rates. The company operates on the good ‘ol’ boy system. There is a huge lack of diversity in management which should also tell you about the culture. No work life balance.
