Company has the old fashion mom and pop working environment. The workers take great pride in their work and work as a team.

Old machinery and lacks some benefits such as vision and dental. Insurance premiums are extremely high but expected for a small company.

You get a wide range of a different type of manufacturing.

Owners are very incensitive and they do not care about there employees. They work them till they get tired and then demote the person to a lower position and within days or weeks they fire them. There is no room for gowth or improvement. Pay is horrible you get overworked and under paid. Can not work overtime and if offered they tell ypu to go home early usually on a Fridays so they dont have to pay you the overtime.
