ONLY for fresh grads or newly grads (up to 4 years of experience max) it might make a reasonable opportunity for those who either want to learn some technicalities or those who want to find a path to work for larger companies through outsourcing
Cons
Non professional environment managed by amateurs. Contradicting and un-planned decisions by senior managers. No vision or strategy for growth, CEO clearly says we are a local company and will always be. Poor calibers and no skills found within senior management. No career path and no room for growth for 10+ experienced employees.
