      Remote work available in certain divisions

      Cons

      Personal family is no concern to management, raises per year are only 2% if not senior level, high turnover due to lack of communication resulting in more job responsibility to make results, will give every excuse to give more work but with no monetary benefit , promises are not kept and swept under the rug

      Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

      Lots of opportunity for growth, very interesting product, most of the staff are very helpful and like to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      Lack of training and documentation of processes but improving. Disconnect between Swedish and US economic factors.
