Career development quite slow, no real focus on task. increment is around 2-3% annually. Bonus is around 0.5mth - 1mth salary.

-friendly environment -for individual whom interested in Pick and Place machine, but there be alot of reading if you truly wish to know more -strong product legacy from SIEMENS days -good internal platform for self learning

-in my department, as you work years down the road probably you will hit plateau in terms of skill set -probably you only acquire skills on how to perform factory acceptance -hardly get promotion opportunities -lack career development opportunities -system are rather not human centric
