Pros
*Pre-pandemic: Staff, management & executives were wonderfully physically present with company wide accountabilities. This did not translate to well after layoffs and/or large amount of quitting occurred post pandemic. *Great compensations & benefits.
Cons
Many announcements via company site, email bulletins and zoom meetings regarding NO tolerance for racism, bullying and support for mental health. Unfortunately this is no real practice supporting the above mentioned announcements at all in real time. It’s shocking and disappointing how badly these situations are handled. End result instead of fixing the true concern at hand ultimatums are presented. Such as, either continue working for same salary but w/an increased work load or leave company. Four different employees have experienced this same outcome.
