Poor middle management, often they're so busy they don't check in or have an understanding of what their team is working on. If you're on a project and it gets discontinued you're left high and dry. Your choices are either be let go or apply for roles you qualify for, pitted against your former coworkers for internal jobs. You may be forced into a role you don't really want to keep your job. Favoritism for Accenture/AFS (parent company) employees is blatant when it comes to transferring projects. They have great opportunities and processes from training to transferring roles that ASM simply doesn't receive. It seems like the company isn't getting any new contracts which is bad for longevity. Their busiest time is around the holidays when people are taking vacation to spend with family. No annual reviews anymore so opportunities to negotiate salary are limited. During my last two weeks, I was met with passive aggressive hostility from management by recieveing the silent treatment and on my last day was told several times "you'll be back". Very unprofessional behavior I have not received before or since.
