We couldn’t agree more our team is amazing and embodies our values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence (we call our values TIE, because they tie together all that we do). Our employees make a difference every day, and we couldn’t be prouder of them. However, we respectfully disagree that executive leadership at ASI values revenue over our people. It is true that this is a difficult period in the professional services industry; many companies have had to make difficult decisions to protect the health of their firms. At ASI, we decided to take a different approach, looking instead at other areas of our business, in order to protect our people. After all, our people are everything to us. As a result, our company is healthy AND our people continue to be a top priority. As we’ve said elsewhere on this page, business development (BD) is a key driver of our growth – and it may be the most competitive activity in our industry, demanding dedication, commitment and a desire to win.
