      Great coworkers, exposure to design and cool NY apartments.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. No respect for their employees' time or efforts. No support with difficult clients and situations. Extremely low pay for what a headache working here is.

      This company is full of people who are passionate about design and it's great to be around. The projects that we work on are interesting, unique, inspiring.. the list goes on! The culture is down to earth, flexible, and people are nice.

      Sometimes the hours are long depending on what stage projects are in.
