Pros
On Assignment provided me with a great start to my career. The upper management team is a knowledgable group of people that genuinely care about the success of the employees within the organization. The office is diverse and welcoming.
Cons
It is very corporate but I would not always consider that a con. You will not get rich here but will learn a lot.
