Friendly employees, near to my house

It was my first job and I hate the management to the core, there were no benefits for the employees, we were asked to work for extra hours and we were paid less that they promised, No job security and they will ask you to put paper if you are raise question against the management, No ESI, PF and recreational activities. Politics for such a small company, you have to be a favourite person to the HR and managers to move to next grade. They will ask you to work even on Saturday and they wont pay you. They will treat the employee as if we are slaves and they are king and never respect the employee who is working hard for them. Very bad attitude shown by every management and HR is one sided

Only 2 level of interview for both GD and QA. Easy to get job. No extra working hours. Convenient office timings. friendly staffs.

Salary is obviously low. No personal development (both in salary and skills). HR is not two-way friendly, only supports the management. I worked there or an year. Initially for 3 months I worked in a different role and then my designation was upgraded. Majority of my period spent was in the latter role, but in my experience letter, the HR mentioned the word 'trainee' before my designation. I did not know what happiness he got through that. No respect for freshers. One of the Team Leaders there asked me to call her "madam" instead of her name, which proves that their senior level employees don't know corporate manners. One of the project manager would always be playing games in his mobile phone, but he don't want the team mates to use mobile phone even during emergencies. I got re-leaved in the mid of month, so I should have received half month salary. But they were not ready to give that. The reason given was 5 days I should work extra for the comp-off given earlier. After deducting that I should have got paid for ten days but HR told the management told not to give the remaining salary. I did not reply a word after that and thought how pity the management is, and gave my money as charity to support the organization. One of the big business mans in Coimbatore needs an employee's charity to run the organization. Okay Let that be a treat for my new job, I thought! Note: One of my colleagues was on leave for a couple of days as he was sick. But the management without informing him had sent a person to spy and found that he was ill truly. After that they maintained saying that he just came to see him as he was sick. Many such 3 grade behaviors have been seen by me personally.
