      Best learning experience and opportunity to acquire many skills. Work with some of the best talents from the region. Recognition of the importance of your work

      Cons

      Too much paper work. Salaries are not competitive. Contribution to a worthy cause is the motivator. Office politics and bureaucracy high and need to recognize this as part of the work.
